Servers are equipped with dual redundant 450-watt power supplies, hot swap Seagate Baracuda/Cheetah drives and force-filtered cooling systems. The drives and drive bays of our servers are Hot Swap Seagate Drives constructed from high-grade aluminum and rest in shock mounted drive cages, which adds to the durability of the hardware.

If a power supply were to fail, the server would continue running with from the alternate power supply. Alarms would alert the technician, and the redundancy is quickly restores so your website experiences no down time.

Spare servers of our CPU configurations are always kept on hand. If a server were to experience a hardware failure, we would pull out the drive and insert it into an identical standby CPU. Once rebooted the second machine would be up and running again in a matter of minutes.
